Help on entering information about your video on Caachi

Caachi lets you provide rich detailed information about your video to your audience. Here's some details about the kinds of information you can enter on Caachi:

Title (required): The title of your video.
Short Description: A short description (about a paragraph) of your video. This information will be used whenever a short description describing your video is required, such as describing your video on the home page of Caachi, or when a mouse is rolled over a poster image repesenting your video.
Poster (required): The poster image for your video. We recommend an image size of 160 pixels in width and 210 pixels in height, in either JPEG or PNG format. You must have this image available when first entering your video.
Filmmaker Agreement (required): You will need to agree to a filmmaker agreement with Caachi before we host your video.
Producers (required, HTML ok): Enter each producer on a separate line here. You can optionally enter a HTML <a> tag here to link the name to another web page. For example if you want to have a hyperlink for "Jane Producer" to www.janeproducer.com, the HTML code would be written in the field as follows:; <a href=" http://www.janeproducer.com">Jane Producer</a>

Directors (required, HTML ok)

Enter each director on a separate line here.

Writers (HTML ok)

Enter each writer on a separate line here.

Plot Outline

Describe the plot in depth here.

Music (HTML ok)

Enter each musician on a separate line here.

Cinematographers (HTML ok)

Enter cinematographer names, each name on a separate line.

Film Editors (HTML ok)

Enter film editor names, each name on a separate line.

Art Direction (HTML ok)

Enter art director names, each name on a separate line.

Set Decoration (HTML ok)

Enter set decorator names, each name on a separate line.

Costume Design (HTML ok)

Enter costume designer names, each name on a separate line.

Makeup (HTML ok)

Enter makeup artist names, each name on a separate line.

Crewlist (HTML ok)

Enter crew names and titles, each name and corresponding title on a separate line.

Genre

Enter genre, each on a separate line.

Cast (HTML ok)

Enter cast names and characters, each name and corresponding character on a separate line.

Enter in your thoughts about your video. Say anything.

Video Homepage

If you have a website, enter its web address (URL) here. On your own website, feel free to link back to your video on Caachi.

Awards

Enter awards this video has received, each on a separate line.

Screenings

Enter festivals or locations where this video has been or will screen, each on a separate line.

Donation Link

If you want to receive donations from viewers, create a "donate button" and insert it here. Donation buttons are generated using a payment service site such as PayPal. For more information on this click here.

Trailer/Stream Link

If you have a link to a streaming video trailer of your work, insert it here. For example, if you have uploaded your streaming video trailer on YouTube, you can copy over the HTML code from the Embed field on your video's YouTube page over into this field. For example, the HTML code would look like this:

We recommend that you set the width parameters in the HTML code to 320 pixels and the height parameters to 240 for the best viewing result.

Approximate Runtime: Enter the runtime rounded to the nearest minute here.
Release Date: Enter in the release date of your video.
Video Size - for office use only: The video file size in bytes. In general Caachi will enter this field for you when we receive your submitted video.
Video Format - for office use only: The format of your video.
