Just getting started? See how to download your purchased films in our starter video:

- Download and install
the video player.
- Get a film ticket: click on the TV icon for a high-resolution version (for your computer & DivX/Xvid DVD-players) or click on the iPod icon to get the iPod & iPhone version.

- Open the ticket by double-clicking on the ticket or use Miro to open it. Miro will start downloading your film.
- Watch your film!
Common Problems
- The file with a .torrent extension is a ticket file, not the film itself. To download the film requires that you have Miro installed on your computer. Open the ticket file with Miro to download and play your film.
- You likely have a firewall installed on your system that is preventing Miro from downloading. You'll need to ensure that your firewall allows Miro to connect to our peer to peer network. To do this depends on the system you are using.
- You can use another BitTorrent client and a video player that supports either Xvid AVI or H.264 MP4 formats. Here's a list of alternate clients to use with Caachi.
Once you've downloaded your film, you can use VLC to watch films from Caachi.
- Yes. If you have a preferred BitTorrent client and video player, you can use them to download and watch films from Caachi.

- Our beta version of the vidget currently does not work seamlessly on Facebook, MySpace, or Windows Live. We will address these compatibility issues in future versions of the vidget.
- Due to the vidget's width, it may not fit perfectly into some of the default services (for example, iGoogle). This will be addressed in future versions of the vidget.
- Of course! Just click on the get & share tab, then on the embed button. Copy and paste the vidget's HTML code into your webpage.
