What is "Life Forces" (Fuerzas de la Vida) about? Does "Life Forces" depict a couple's psychological battle of silent anger and distrust that took the shape of a battle between spiritual forces? Why did the husband and wife worship different spirits? Hers-masculine, his-feminine. What were they seeking? Who, if anyone, won the battle of the spirits? MAKING THE FILM Nathan Collett filmed Life Forces during a two week period, using a Russian Army hand cranked camera. All of the actors and crew were locals with no previous acting experience, who live in Tucacas, a coastal village in Venezuela. Related Films |
